Prawn and Avocado Salad

Serves 2, 10 minutes Preparation

Looking to kick-start your Summer health kick? Our nutritious and zesty Prawn and Avocado Salad is guaranteed to make you feel good every time!


  • 12 medium Pre-cooked Prawns
  • 1 large Avocado
  • Salt and Pepper seasoning, to taste
  • ½ Lemon
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Mixed Salad, of your choice


  1. In a large bowl toss the mixed Salad with the Olive Oil.
  2. Cut the Avocado in half, and remove the stone.
  3. Peel off the skin and slice the avocado into strips.
  4. Chop the Cherry Tomatoes into halves.
  5. Squeeze the Lemon juice onto the pre-cooked Prawns and season to taste.
  6. Add the pre-cooked prawns and sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes to the Salad and toss together.
  7. Serve with any dressing you like.
